Refund and Returns Policy

At Bhakthi Shraddha, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in curating and delivering authentic pooja samagri and spiritual items. To maintain transparency and fairness, we have a detailed refund and cancellation policy outlined below.

1. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations (Before Shipment):

• You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting us via email at info@bhakthishraddha.com or calling us at +91 90007 80868 / +91 96429 99699.
• If the order has already been packed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
• Refunds for cancelled orders (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations (By Bhakthi Shraddha):

• We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
  • Product is out of stock or discontinued
  • Payment is not confirmed or flagged as suspicious
  • Shipping address is invalid or incomplete
  • Technical errors in pricing or product information

In such cases, the customer will be informed via email or phone, and a full refund will be issued.

2. Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (spiritual, ritual, and perishable items), returns are allowed only under specific conditions.

Eligible Return Scenarios:

• Product received is damaged, broken, or defective
• Incorrect product sent in place of ordered item
• Missing item(s) in the package

Return Conditions:

• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Product must be unused, untampered, and in its original packaging.
• Submit clear photographs of the outer package, shipping label, and the damaged/wrong product.
• Bhakthi Shraddha reserves the right to approve or reject return requests based on internal verification.

Important:

• Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
• We do not accept returns based on personal preference, belief-related outcomes, or spiritual expectations.

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following product categories are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

• Custom-made or personalized pooja kits
• Items that are used, opened, or damaged after delivery
• Books, scriptures, and printed religious material
• Edible offerings (e.g., prasad items, sacred herbs)
• Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only under valid return or cancellation cases.

Return once initiated will be picked up within 3-4 working days. Once your return is approved and verified, the refund will be Credited within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Change of mind after placing or receiving the order
• Late delivery caused by courier partner or external events
• Products returned in used, incomplete, or damaged condition
• Product not returned despite refund request being approved

Partial Refunds:

• If only a portion of your order is returned or eligible for refund, the amount will be refunded proportionately.

Refund Mode:

• Original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit card, etc.)
• No cash refunds are issued under any circumstances

5. Return Shipping & Reverse Pickup

Reverse Pickup Service:

• Available in select pin codes only.
• If applicable, our logistics partner will collect the item within 2–5 working days.

If Reverse Pickup is Not Available:

• You may be requested to courier the item yourself.
• Reimbursement for self-shipping will be processed upon receiving a valid courier receipt and only if the return is approved.

Return Shipping Charges:

• If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong/missing item), we bear the full return shipping cost.
• If the return is declined or made voluntarily, shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

6. Damaged / Tampered Packages

If you receive a visibly damaged package or if the tamper seal is broken:

• Do not accept the parcel from the courier.
• Take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours.
• Once verified, we will reship or refund your order based on availability.

7. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you received the wrong item, please request a return and place a fresh order.
