How to Do Shiva Pooja on Monday

Mondays are considered highly auspicious for Lord Shiva devotees. Performing Shiva Pooja brings peace and inner strength.

Purpose: Mental peace, spiritual growth, removal of sins.
Time: Monday mornings or during Pradosh Kaal. Samagri: Shiva linga or photo, milk, honey, ghee, water, bel leaves, bhang, sandalwood paste, incense sticks.

Steps Overview:

1. Take a bath and clean the pooja area.
2. Offer water and milk to the Shiva linga.
3. Place bel leaves and flowers.
4. Chant “Om Namah Shivaya.”
5. Light diya and incense, and conclude with Shiva Aarti.
